We mainly use Spektrix for emails, and it’s been easy to get the hang of. The lists and customer groups are a big time-saver, I always forget how much quicker it makes things until I’m setting up a campaign. Sending something out quickly is painless too, which is great when there’s suddenly a last-minute thing to promote. It’s not flawless every single time, and there are the odd moments where you have to poke around a bit, but overall it’s really useful and makes the email side of things feel much less of a chore

"Makes fundraising feel more predictable"
I started noticing a clear pattern once I used this: it was just easier for people to follow through and donate. It takes some of the friction out of fundraising, and that really adds up.

"Support team was actually really helpful"
I had a little problem trying to set up a report, and support replied fast, which was nice. They explained it in normal words, not confusing stuff, and kind of stayed there with me until it was fixed. I appreciated that a lot, honestly.

"Good system, but a bit pricey"
spektrix has worked well for us overall. The tools are solid and it does what we need, but the cost feels a little high for how much we actually use it. It’s a good system, I’m just not always convinced we’re getting the full value for the price.

"Works fine, but feels clunky here and there"
It’s mostly easy enough to use, and once I figured out where the main stuff was, I kind of just went on autopilot. I tend to take the quickest route through things, so when something takes an extra click or feels a little awkward, I notice it. Overall it does the job, but a few parts feel clunky sometimes.

"Works fine, but the random downtime is frustrating"
spektrix is okay most of the time, and when it’s working it does the job. But we’ve had a few random slowdowns and login problems that pop up at the worst possible moments. It’s not a complete disaster or anything, but when bookings are busy, even a small issue feels like a massive headache. Support did eventually help, but it took longer than I’d have liked, which just added to the frustration.

"good integrations, a few hiccups"
spektrix plays nicely with our email tools and website. setup took a bit of back and forth, but once we got through that, it mostly just runs in the background. it’s not perfect, but it’s been solid for us

I used spektrix.com to book tickets and it was straightforward. Found the event, picked seats, paid, done. The confirmation email showed up really quickly too, which I always appreciate because I get paranoid if it doesn’t arrive right away. Nothing felt confusing, and I didn’t have to keep clicking around trying to figure things out. Anyway, it worked well and I’d use it again

"Managing tickets has been surprisingly smooth"
Spektrix has made selling and organizing tickets really easy for us. I especially like how straightforward it is to look up orders, adjust bookings, and keep track of seat availability without having to dig through a bunch of confusing menus. So far, everything has worked the way we need it to, and it’s made day-to-day ticketing feel much less stressful...

"Really useful for keeping our audience organised"
We mainly use Spektrix for CRM and audience management, and it’s been a big help. Having bookings, donations, emails, and notes all in one place makes things so much easier day to day.
The audience lists are fairly straightforward once you’ve got the hang of them. We can target people properly now without trawling through a ridiculous number of spreadsheets, which used to be such a time sink.
Support has been good whenever we’ve got stuck too. It’s not flawless every single time, but overall it saves us a lot of hassle and keeps everything much more manageable.

"Really helpful reports, though instructions could be clearer"
spektrix has made my day-to-day reporting much easier. I mainly use it to keep an eye on ticket sales, income, and campaign results, and most of the time I can find what I need without too much hassle.

The dashboards are a big time-saver, and exporting data is way less frustrating than it was with our old system. A few reports took me a little while to figure out, though, and I do wish the instructions or guidance were a bit clearer when you’re setting things up for the first time.

Overall, I’m really happy with the analytics side. Once you get used to it, it’s genuinely useful and helps us make quicker decisions without spending ages digging through data.

"Wasn’t sure at first, but the onboarding was genuinely great"
We’ve had a really solid start with Spektrix. I’ll be honest, I was expecting the onboarding to be a bit dry and rushed, but no, it was actually clear, well-paced, and really helpful. The training sessions didn’t feel like someone was just ticking a box either, which was a nice surprise. Our trainer was patient with every question we threw at them, even the really basic ones. We’re still picking up little bits as we go, but I feel way more confident with it now
